Mostly it has to do with how badly people are performing at it – and that influences a lot of what businesses these days are choosing to do (and not to do).

Which is a problem.

Because there is a lot of opportunity where others are failing or missing the boat.

Not true.

Brand = trust. It’s the way your marketing makes people feel (about you, about themselves, about the future).

It’s the emotion you extract from people, often times very quickly… << and it pays to really think about what you want the outcome here to be…
